Hebrews 12:1-3
Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we'd better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he's there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!

Transferred without the lift
Physio went well, Sandra transferred to her chair without the lift. Her upper body stength is great and this is helping her alot. The Mulders are starting to get into a new routine which is great. I take the girls to school in the morning and call Sandra from the car. After the drop off I go straight to the civic hospital and spend the day with Sandra, watching and (trying to help). The girls come most days and we try to have dinner together which feels a little more normal then sitting in her room.
Please pray that a room at the rehab will open up, continued great spirits and continued healing
Talk to you soon
Mike

ReplyDeleteWonderful achievement at physio Sandra. Just keep allowing Jesus to lift you gently, and know the love and comfort in the arms that surround and hold you.
We are all holding you up as well in our hearts and prayers, and will continually ask for God's love, healing and comfort to be with you.
"I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance, and the incomparably GREAT power for us who believe - that power is the working of his mighty strength"(Ephesians 1:18,19) be strong in his love, and in the love of all who love you.....Val.xxx
