Hebrews 12:1-3
Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we'd better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he's there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!

Amazing People
It has been ride but not without meeting some amazing people on the way. My doctors, nurses,PCA (peresonal care assistants)and physiotherapist have all been amazing. One of my PCA Molly is incredible she is from africa and has 2 set of twins 20 and 16 and 12 year old. She is a single mom who works 2 shifts in a row in order to provide for her family. She is always happy with a beautiful smile that lights up the room when she walks in. If I could take her home I would. She says that she is always thankful to God and that she try's to always give the glory to him no matter what because He takes care His children. I could go on with all the amazing people I have met, I am so grateful that God has placed them in my life and that I have had this opportunity to meet them.
Please be praying for all these amazing people and that if they don't know Him that I would have the opportunity to share with them the love and grace of God. Sandra

I praise God with you for the amazing people He is sending, and for your ability to 'see' the people God is sending. You are doing Kingdom Work that can only be accomplished in the storm; well done.

Sandra,
ReplyDeleteI have been praying for you since the accident. I've tried to post a comment twice before, but apparently I didn't do it correctly. My last comment seems to have worked, so I will try another one.
It has been good to read your blog and see how God is working in your life and how He is also using you to touch the lives of others. You have a ministry right there in the hospital. I thank God for all the people He has put into your life to help you through your days. God has provided in abundance.
I pray for continued healing, for your witness to continue, and for God to give you the desires of your heart.
In Christ,
