Hebrews 12:1-3

Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we'd better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he's there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!

Thank You!!

Its crazy how many times people look at this blog! Well I just wanted to thank you all very much for praying for my mom and our family during this time. It amazes me how many people love and care for us. I never knew how many friends we have.

I love seeing all the progress my mom has been making. She has worked and continues to work so hard at her physio ( unlike me )`. She is always pushing herself to do better and better. She is such a strong and determined person and I know she can come through this. With God on her side anything is possible!

  2. Julia,
Don't be so hard on yourself! I know from personal experience that it's hard to motivate yourself to make it through the last 10 % of your own physio. You have done an amazing job and have faced your own recovery very bravely. Remember to set small goals for yourself but to persevere through this. I know that your mom and dad are soooo proud of how well both you girls have handled these past tough weeks. Know that it makes your parents own struggles that much lighter, knowing they have such mature and responsible girls back at home. I know it is hard to see the light at the end of this tunnel, but trust that God has amazing plans for you, and your family(because you do love Him). We pray for each of you daily.
    Love you lots,
    Uncle Scott

  4. Hi Julia. You have such a sweet heart. You & all your family are so courageous & an example of sincere trust in God to us all. You all are so precious to the LORD in that He has entrusted you with such a trial.

It is all of our privilege & duty to pray for you all daily-trusting God with you all & cheering you all on in Him <3 Eph. 6: 18 reminds me to "pray in the Spirit at all times & on every occasion. Stay alert & be persistant in your prayeres for all believers everywhere."

    Much love to you,

    Dixie

  6. Hi Julia,
You said it right, " God make it perfectly possible What human says it's impossible". But please don't be hard to yourself, the truth is the way you handle all what's happening right now is a bonus to your mom&dad, not every kid do that. You and Emily have a big part why your Mom is doing her best to help herself. Ask her and she will say a big YES and even explain it to you WHY?
Above all, "GOD is so good ALL THE TIME" to everyone especially to those who TRUST HIM like your Mom of coarse don't forget your Dad. Both displayed a POSITIVE character not everyone can do that especially in times like this. And this is what God want us to be as His children no matter what the situation is -- because God has a purpose on it. And I believe those who are visiting are encourage by them just like me. You are blessed, they are your parents.
Praying for you guys everyday -- the boys and your uncle Glen are praying too. God Is Good....

    Love and prayers,
    Fabs

  7. Jules... the writer of my favourite blog post on here yet! (Love the comment about your own physio! Made me laugh.)

It is so wonderful to see the maturity that you have through this tough time. Gods presence if evident not only in your parents lives, but also in your own. Keep trusting Him for everything and in everything!

    Love you girls!
