Hebrews 12:1-3

Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we'd better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we're in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he's there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!

My hope comes from Him. Ps 62:5

Life has been busy, so not much different from before. Just a different type of work and a different way of doing it. As you know I had an exciting time home for the weekend, waking up to the birds and my family was amazing. Sunday was a full day of visiting, with our friends. It was so FUN to see everyone, you know how I love to socialize.
Today was fun in physio... I was able to try out a new piece of equipment. It's called NuStep its much like a elliptical machine but I'm sitting and my feet and legs are strapped down.  This keeping my legs limber and giving me a better overall cardio workout. It's been 19 days now, I just had my biceps (GUNS) measured and believe it or not they have increase a 1/4 of an inch.
Im so thankful for my progress. I know that God is with me and he continues to give me peace in the moment. I continue to pray in faith in accordance with God's will and the promises that He has given me through the name of Jesus Christ for Complete Healing! I know He is able and my hope comes only from HIM. Hugs Sandra

  3. Sandra,
Great to read this from your blog "I continue to pray in faith in accordance with God's will and the promises that He has given me through the name of Jesus Christ for Complete Healing!". We are praying for exactly that for you and know that your faith has given God complete control over this situation. He is both able and willing. Thankful for the rest you have found in Him as you travel this road.
    Blessings,
    Toju

  4. How you are totally amazing and how grateful we all are to have you in our lives. Sandra, God Bless you and your family daily. You Rock Girlfriend. Love ya Sheila R

You have grace enough for this day.
    You have something to give.
    You are created with care
and placed in this world with a plan,
    His plan.
No one can take your place.
Whatever this week will hold for you,
let Him be the One to hold your heart,
the One who will never stop telling you
    all the ways you're loved.
